DELIVERIES AND RETURNS
The transport of your parcel
Packages are shipped every business day (excluding holidays advertised) at 17: 00. The shipping options available to you are the Colissimo followed, delivered without a signature, or a variety of Relay points.
Upon shipment, an email will be sent to you with the link allowing you to track online delivery of your package.
The shipping costs include only postage costs. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases in a unique order.
In case of 2 consecutive commands, please contact me at the earliest (06.51.55.69.23) in order to group the sends and thus avoid shipping costs additional, if the payment has been effèctué, a refund of the amount overpaid you will be refunded
A particular care is brought to the parcel containing your products to avoid damages during the transport.
Such as the law requires, you get 15 days to return your order in whole or in part for any reason.
Before any return, contact by email (email@example.com) or by phone (06.51.55.69.23) is required in order to finalize the modalities of return.
In the case of an error on our part, the return costs will be at our expense, in other cases (change of opinion or error of pieces in spite of the indications of the announcement) the costs of returns are the responsibility of the buyer, if your payment was made via PayPal , these charges may be reimbursed on simple request from their body.
